Customer Reviews

Great fun, felt safe, interesting pilot who tailored his flight to my request (although a little formulaic in his descriptions - but who wouldn’t be doing this half a dozen times a day?) Collection from Zam/Zim border a little confusing ahead of time but worked ok I would do it again but mainly for the plane ride - Philip Gothard

This trip was a spur of the moment decision and one of the best i made during my time in Zambia. I thought I would be scared to fly in this odd little vehicle, but it was amazing. So smooth and comfortable. The pilot was professional and knew exactly the right words to say to keep his passenger focused on the beauty of the view and not the flight. the trip around the falls was remarkable. Views that you can get no where else. This is so much better than a helicopter because it is open and the flight path is lower, So glad I had the chance to take the first flight out in the morning over the falls. I got to see the Falls on foot, in the air and on the edge. Right after my flight I went to the Devils Pool to top of my all around tour. What a great way to start the day. I so enjoyed my first microflight and looking forward to my next. - Stacey Daniel

Flight was very exciting with beautiful views of Victoria Falls and the area. Pilot was very professional and office operation personnel were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend - Robert Schenker

The micro-light flight itself was very enjoyable. The pilots we had were knowledgeable and friendly, and made the flight a great experience. We saw the falls and some great shots of animals. We did have some confusion when we first got on-site. The employee working at the front desk was not very attentive. After she checked out tickets, she informed us that there was an extra $6 per person for flight fees (or something of that nature). This is not a large cost, but there was nothing on the website or our reservation about this fee, and we would have preferred to pay it online when we paid for our flights. She did not explain why we were not told about it, but insisted we had to pay it in order to fly. This was concerning. Other patrons we saw come in were met with the same fee, and they seemed confused about this as well, to the point where one group refused to pay this $6 pp fee. While it was not a large sum, we felt it was a bit unnecessary to charge us this fee when we had already paid a sizable amount of $ to do the micro-light flight. Besides that, the center was very friendly and we had a good time. - Daniel Sweeney

Outstanding start to finish. I was quite nervous, but the pilot quickly put me to ease with his conversation and facts about the areas we were flying over. Simply put, this is the best way to see God's view of the might Zambezi and Falls. - Dorothy Fowler
